الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين سيدنا وحبيبنا المصطفى محمد وعلى أله الأطهار وأصحابه الكرام أجمعين وعلى التابعين وتابع التابعين ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين وبعد:
من منن العزيز الحكيم على خلقه أن اصطفاهم بالحكمة، وبأن فتح أمامهم أسرار العلوم وسنن المعارف لينتفعوا وينفعوا. ونحمد الله عل وجلى أنه من بين منْ حباهم بمنة العلوم والمعارف جامعة المدينة العالمية، فتمثلت هذه المنة الطيبة المباركة بمجلة الجامعة (مجمع) الدولية المحكمة، التي أرادها لها العزيز الحكيم أن تكون بابا يلجه كل طالب عالم وباحث معرفة. كما هيأ لهذه المجلة نخبة من الباحثين والأكاديميين ممن أخذوا العهد على أنفسهم في بذل أقصى الجهد تحقيقا لكل ما تبغيه وتسعى إليه الجامعة ومجلتها من أهداف ومهام لخدمة الانسانية دون تمييز في اعرق أو لون.
من المنطلق أعلاه ندعوا بصدق نية كل من لديه الرغبة الخالصة في يجعل مجلة جامعة المدينة العالمية قاربه الذي يسري به في بحر المعارف والعلوم أن لا يتردد في الكتابة إليها، وسوف يجد من هيئة تحريرها كل العون والمساعدة شريطة الالتزام بأهدافها التي قامت عليها وشريطة التوافق مع مبادئها التي التزمت بها. ويقينا بإذن الله تعالى سيجد الباحث فيها كاتبا كان أو قارئا وسيلة راقية وفاعلة في دعم مسيرة الانسان الحضارية لتحقيق خلافة الانسان في هذا الكون واعماره بما شاء له خالقه وباريه عز وجل.
