أريد استفسار من سيادتك
أنا مدرسة حاسب ألى تعييين سنة 2002 عملت لمدة 6أشهر حتى استطعت الحصول على إجازة مرافق زوج لمدة 5 سنوات ثم رجعت إلى مصر وإستلمت عملى وبعدها بفتره بسيطه بسبب ظروف خاصه أخذت أجازة رعاية طفل لمدة 3 سنوات وإستلمت عملى فى 17/7/2010وطبعا رجعت للمكان الاصلى الذى كان فيه تعيينى الاول وهو طبعا بعيد جدا عن مكان اقامتى بما يعادل ساعه ونصف فى المتوسط ومع بداية الدراسه جاء لى جواب ندب 3 أيام فى مدرسه تعتبر نفس مسافة المدرسه الاصليه و3أيام فى مكان الاقامة وعندما سألت فى التوجيه قالوا أن أنا أحدث واحده ولذلك لابد أن يسدوا بى العجز مع أن المدرسه القريبه التى لى بها 3أيام فيها نفس العجز بعدد الحصص الذى أقوم به فى المدرسه البعيده وأيضا يوجد ممن يعملون بالعقد موجودن فى أماكن إقامتهم
فهل أنا لى الحق فى طلب النقل الى مكان إقامتى أم المتعاقدون أولى ؟
وهل يقوم بالتدريس للصف الثالث الاعدادى المتعاقد لأنه قبلى فى المدرسه ولأن ثالثه إعدادى شهاده وأنا لا أستطيع تحمل المسئوليه ليس لشئ إلا لأنى كنت فى أجازه؟
وهل من المساواه أن بعض المتعاقدون موجودون فى أماكنهم طوال الاسبوع وبعضهم طوال الاسبوع فى أماكن بعيده عنهم جدا؟
أنا أشعر بالظلم جدا من التوجيه فهل أنا على حق أم لا؟
