The best way to teach english

What is the best way to teach English in preparatory schools?
of course the answers must go with the change of 25th jan revolution

There is a rule in methodology says
" the best way is no way "
that means that you can use many ways in teaching one lesson in a period according to ss' levels , time ,teaching aids and many other elements.

there were thoughtful and approved way to learn English

listening is the first and basic step to learn English cause it's a communication language
you know that every baby learn his first language by listening and repeat his parent words
