من منن العزيز الحكيم على خلقه أن اصطفاهم بالحكمة، وبأن فتح أمامهم أسرار العلوم وسنن المعارف لينتفعوا وينفعوا. ونحمد الله عل وجلى أنه من بين منْ حباهم بمنة العلوم والمعارف جامعة المدينة العالمية، فتمثلت هذه المنة الطيبة المباركة بمجلة الجامعة (مجمع) الدولية المحكمة، التي أرادها لها العزيز الحكيم أن تكون بابا يلجه كل طالب عالم وباحث معرفة. كما هيأ لهذه المجلة نخبة من الباحثين والأكاديميين ممن أخذوا العهد على أنفسهم في بذل أقصى الجهد تحقيقا لكل ما تبغيه وتسعى إليه الجامعة ومجلتها من أهداف ومهام لخدمة الانسانية دون تمييز في اعرق أو لون.
