فمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها برنامج إلكتروني -غير ربحيّ- ينطلق من المدينة المنورة مأرز الإيمان، ومهاجَر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، ويعتبر من أساسيات مشروع جامعة المدينة العالمية (You can see links before reply). وقد روعي في تصميمه أحدث الطرق البرمجية لتسهيل إيصال المادة العلمية للطالب مهما بعد مكانه، كما تمت ترجمة جميع دروس المعهد وبرامجه المساعدة المختلفة إلى ما يربو على أربعين لغة ليكون تمهيدا للدارسين في متابعة دراساتهم في المراحل الجامعية المختلفة. كل ذلك يتم عرْضه على الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات "الإنترنت"، بأسلوب يحقِّق الفائدة العلمية المرجوّة للدّارسين في شتّى بقاع الأرض، بطريقة عرْض تتناسب مع ما يَخدم الدّارس ويُوفِّر عليه الجهد والوقت؛ وذلك بالاستفادة القصوى ممّا تُتيحه التقنيةُ الحديثة من إمكانات في في مجال الوسائط المتعددة والتصفّح والعرْض والبحث.
والمأمول -بإذن الله- أن يكون هذا الموقع لَبنة ضمن ما هو قائم من مواقع تعليمية في خدمة اللغة العربية، لغة القرآن الكريم، معطاء ثماره لجميع أبناء أمتنا الغالية.
وفي هذا الإطار العامّ، يسعى الموقع لتحقيق الأهداف الآتية:
أولاً: تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها بأسهل الطرق والوسائل.
ثانياً: الإسهام في الدَّوْر الرِّيادي للمدينة المنورة بأن تكون مصدر إشعاع علْميّ، وذلك من خلال تعليم اللغة العربية كتابة وقراءة على الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات "الإنترنت".
ثالثاً: خدمة المسلمين في شتى بقاع المعمورة وذلك بإيصال المادة العلمية إليهم في بلدانهم لفهم تعاليم دينهم بأيسر الطُّرق وأقربها.
رابعاً: السّعي لبناء معهد إلكتروني متكامل يعنى بتعليم اللغة العربية كتابة وقراءة، وذلك عن طريق إسهام المُطَّلعين على هذا المعهد بجهودهم، وترسيخ مبدأ أن العلْم رحِم بين أهله.
وإنّ القائمين على هذا الموقع يُؤكّدون لكل متصفِّح ومستفيد أنّ هذا الموقع يعتمد -بعد عون الله وتوفيقه- في زيادة رصيده من حيث تطوير بنائه وتوسع خدماته، على مقدار التعاون مِن قِبل الدارسين والخبراء في مجال التعليم عن بعد، في إثراء هذا المعهد ومدّ يد العون والمساعدة والإسهام فيه بكلّ جهد ممكن، بما في ذلك الدّعم المالي والجهد الذاتي.
سائلين المولى عزّ وجلّ أن يجعل هذا العمل عملاً مباركاً، وأن يجعله صَدقة جارية لكلّ مَن ساهم فيه، وأن يجعله عملاً صالحاً، ولِوجهه خالصاً، وأن لا يجعل لأحدٍ فيه شركاً.
