مصر تبدأ علاج الحالات المصابة بإنفلونزا الخنازير فى المنازل

أعلن مركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار بمجلس الوزراء المصري أنه سيتم البدء فى تنفيذ استراتيجية علاج الحالات المصابة بفيروس إيه (إتش 1إن 1) المعروف عالميا باسم أنفلونزا الخنازير بالمنازل مع تزايد عدد الحالات المصابة بالمرض ، حيث سيتم الاكتفاء بعلاج حالات معينة فى المستشفيات وفقا لمعايير معينة ستعلن عنها وزارة الصحة .
وأشار إلى أن الوزارة تجرى حاليا خطة إعلامية لتوعية المواطنين بالحالات التى سيتم علاجها فى المنازل وحالات المستشفيات .
وأكد البيان أن إجمالى عدد الحالات التى تم اكتشاف اصابتها بالمرض فى مصر بلغ 665 حالة حتى مساء 26 أغسطس /اب 2009 بحسب نتائج الفحص المعملى وبيانات وزارة الصحة ، وهى 16 مصرية الجنسية منها 13 حالة مقيمة فى مصر ، و3 حالات قادمة من السعودية وهى 10 ذكور، و6 إناث، موضحا أنها تتمتع بحالة صحية مستقرة .
ولفت إلى أنه تم شفاء 533 حالة بنسبة 1ر80 % من إجمالى الحالات المصابة، وهناك حالة وفاة واحدة فيما تتمتع باقى الحالات وعددها 131 حالة بصحة جيدة .
كما أشار البيان إلى أنه تم فحص 155 عينة لانفلونزا الخنازير، وجاءت النتائج المعملية جميعها سلبية، كما تم فحص 16 حالة اشتباه لمرض إنفلونزا الطيور ، وجاءت نتائجهم المعملية جميعها سلبية أيضا .
وكان المستشار الاقليمى للامراض السارية فى منظمة الصحة العالمية قد أكد أنه يتم التنسيق على مستوى دول العالم لمتابعة ودراسة تطورات مرض إنفلونزا الخنازير وتحديد المرحلة التى وصل إليها من خلال اجتماعات دورية تتابع الوضع الوبائى ومدى ظهور سلالات جديدة ، مع اتخاذ قرارات ملائمة للوضع القائم .
وأشار إلى أن المنظمة تدرس كل الاحتمالات الممكنة وخاصة احتمال تداخل إنفلونزا الخنازير مع الانفلونزا الموسمية .
