سعدت جداا بانشاء قسم الاذاعه في موقعنا الرائد صاحب السبق دائما والذي بدا من حيث انتهي الكثيرون واود ان نتواصل سويا من خلال ابداء الراي في هذا الشان حتي نصل في النهايه الي بناء قوي نفخر به ونعلن به عن انفسنا بقوه ونجعل الاخرين يلهثون خلفنا...
اولا :بدانا ببرنامجين....برنامج للاستاذ شريف وبرنامج الاستاذ جمعه والبدايه قويه وناجحه ولكني اخشي من امر مهم جداا هو عدم الاعداد لكل حلقه قد يجعل البرنامج معرض للنقد الهدام من اعداء النجاح..فحينما نشرع في اي عمل لا يهمنا منه الكم ولكن يهمنا الكيف فوجود برنامجين معد لهما بشكل جيد افضل من عشر برامج غير معد لها بالمره واعتقد ان القيام باي برنامج ليس عملا سهلا بالمره ولا يمكن لاحد ان يتصدي له فهو امر يحتاج الي ملكه خاصه ونبره صوت معينه وهدوء اعصاب وثقه في النفس واخشي من كثره برامج قد تكون مكرره وهذا امرا لا اتمناه .
ثانيا : نحتاج الي مدير للازاعه ولا اجد افضل من الاستاذ شريف واعلنها بكل ثقه انك ستجد ابداعا يفوق الوصف وتكون له صلاحيات مطلقه في اختيار اي برنامج او رفضه واختيار من يقدمه واختيار القائمين عليه بالكامل
ثالثا:اين الدعايه عن البرامج ؟اعلان شريط الاخبار لا يكفي نحتاج الي تنويه كافي في الاذاعه نفسها من خلال اذاعه مقتطفات من كل برنامج بشكل دوري كما ان الاعاده لاتكفي ويجب ان يعاد االبرامج علي الاقل اربع مرات وعلي فترات مختلفه حتي ينال حظا وافرا من الاستماع
رابعا :اين التقرير الذي يتم اعداده عن كل برنامج ؟ماله وماعليه ؟ ومتي سيشعر معد البرنااااامج بنجاحه ا و فشله ؟وماهو معيار الحكم عليه ؟
اعتقد اننا بحاجه الي ووجود فريق عمل محترف حتي نخرج باذاعه نفخر بها ومازال لدي الكثير من التصورات والافكار واتمني ان نتشاور معا من اجل الخروج بتوصيات واجبه النفاذ ولكم جزيل الشكر.
