that mean the first energy level takes 2 and the second takes 7 so the element need 1 electron to complete tha last energy level then florine+1 and also that mean the number of brotons inside the nucleus = 9 and the atomic number = 9 and the nucleus number = 18 please if my answer wrong try to help me to find the right answer
